In this interactive workshop, participants will learn the top five strategies for how to handle difficult negotiations with confidence, develop win-win alternatives, foster better working relationships, and have a positive impact on outcomes. There will also be an exercise woven throughout the talk to get participants involved early on in a “live” negotiation event.
